UK Orders
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked service. A flat rate of £4.99 applies to all jewellery orders.

International Orders
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Signed service, with a flat rate of £18.

Once dispatched, your parcel will be handled by your country’s local postal service.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. As customs policies vary by country, please check with your local customs office for more information.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase! If not, here’s how returns work:

• Refunds: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

• Exchanges / Store Credit: Available up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Please email us before returning any items to receive return instructions.

Important Notes:

• Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging.

• Postage fees are non-refundable.

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Sale items and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable.

• Requests made outside the stated timeframes may be accepted at our discretion.
